Responsibilities include the provision of clinical advice on policies and procedures, projects, reports, and data interpretation that will contribute to Westhaven’s, improvement processes, risk management systems, and overarching  governance framework.Key responsibilitiesManage the development and integration of governance and risk processes to ensure effective operational planning, performance and compliance Lead and implement a systematic approach to clinical governance,  Work with internal stakeholders to develop, implement and evaluate an integrated quality framework Lead the implementation of systems and processes that support contemporary clinical governance Promote an environment of innovation and consultation to ensure continuous quality improvement opportunities To be on the forefront of this opportunity you will: Demonstrated understanding of clinical governance and accreditation standards within the Disability Sector Have proven leadership capability in the delivery of change management with hands-on leadership skills and the ability to mentor and skill develop a teamHave a demonstrated understanding of clinical governance and accreditation standards within the Disability SectorHave the ability to create a culture of accountability by setting the right metrics and tying performance to tangible resultsBe able to demonstrate discretion and sensitivity in dealing with confidential matters Essential requirements of the roleTertiary qualifications related to Health, Allied Health and/or Social Services or demonstrated equivalent experience working within a clinical governance functionProfessional membership with AHPRA or have eligibility to obtainA current NSW Driver’s licence The ability to obtain and maintain a paid Working with Children Check (WWCC)The ability to obtain and maintain a National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC)Appropriately vaccinated against Covid-19 and able to provide evidence  About applyingPlease submit your CV and a cover letter addressing your abilities to undertake the key responsibilities of this role. We encourage diversity and inclusion Westhaven is passionate about social justice and diversity and is committed to being an EEO employer.
