You will be responsible for ensuring transactional accuracy, timeliness and completeness in order to meet the evolving needs of the organisation and enabling participants to live life the way they choose.Key responsibilities:Oversee NDIS revenue claiming, including preparation and submission of weekly NDIS claims and the provision of monthly statements for plan-managed clientsManaging revenue invoices, plan managed invoices and reconciliation of billing records Oversee the delivery of ‘NDIS Plan Management’ services to Westhaven’s participantsProviding internal and external stakeholders guidance on the NDIS and the NDIS Price GuideTo be at the forefront of this opportunity you will: Have a demonstrated understanding of the NDIS and its Operations GuidelinesBe self-motivated and thrive within a fast-paced, collaborative environmentDisplay competent financial management and reporting skillsHave fantastic written and verbal communication skillsHave a capacity to navigate complex systems and processes to achieve outcomesQualifications and required experience:2+ years of progressively responsible experience in a commercial orientated department/entity Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent demonstrated knowledge and/or relevant working experience Essential requirements of the role:Current valid NSW Driver’s licence Obtain and maintain a current paid Working with Children Check (WWCC)Obtain and maintain a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC)Appropriately vaccinated against Covid-19 and able to provide evidenceAbout applyingPlease submit your CV and a cover letter addressing your abilities to undertake the key responsibilities of this role.We encourage diversity and inclusion Westhaven is passionate about social justice and diversity and is committed to being an EEO employer.
